Dyer, MD, a surgeon at the Brigham, presented research at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Annual Meeting in Las Vegas showing that resident involvement in open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) for distal radius fracture showed no difference in rates of episode-of-care adverse events.
